2. CNC Precision Winding

CNC precision winding machines control shaped wire wrapping angle, tension and spacing through program control, achieving micron-level slot width accuracy. Compared with mechanical winding, CNC systems compress slot tolerance from ±0.05mm to within ±0.02mm, significantly improving product quality.
